PostDoc

I am a creative data scientist specializing in single-cell omics, with a passion for bridging the gap between biological questions and data-driven insights. After earning my Master’s degree in Cancer, Stem Cells, and Developmental Biology from Utrecht University, I transitioned from laboratory work to bioinformatics, focusing on computational analysis of complex biological data. My PhD research at the Hubrecht Institute in the group of Prof. Dr. Jop Kind centered on single-cell multi-omics and developmental epigenetics. Currently, as a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Prof. Dr. Jeroen de Ridder at UMC Utrecht, I am developing AI tools for spatial transcriptomics analysis, with a focus on therapy resistance in melanoma.
